A Free Preview (a mockup website and/or ad creative) is built using publicly available information about your business. It is provided for your evaluation only, is not a finished, licensed deliverable, and creates no obligation to purchase on either side.
Any paid work (Launch, Grow, or Scale) is governed by a separate written agreement or invoice describing scope, price, and timeline. These general terms apply to the site itself; they don't replace that agreement.
We build mockups and ad creative from information you provide or that is publicly available — we do not fabricate reviews, credentials, or business details. Let us know right away if anything shown to you is inaccurate.
Until a paid engagement is signed, mockups and ad creative remain BXR Marketing's property and are shown for evaluation only, not for your independent use or publication.
If you move forward with a paid engagement (Launch, Grow, or Scale), you agree that BXR Marketing may use the Free Preview materials and any other work product created for you — including your mockup or finished website, ad creative, photos, videos, results and performance metrics, and your business name and logo — in our own marketing, portfolio, case studies, and advertising (on this site, in ads, and in sales materials), without needing your separate approval for each use. This license continues even after the engagement ends. If you'd prefer something be taken down from future use, email hello@bxrmarketing.net and we'll accommodate reasonable requests going forward, though material already published or distributed before your request may remain in place.
This site and any Free Preview are provided "as is." BXR Marketing is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of this site.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of this site will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Florida.
We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision — continued use of this site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
